I’m excited to be a part of the Mythology show at the Little Labs Gallery in Burbank on July 16th from 6-10PM, and I’m inviting you all to come out, see the cool art and say hello!
Mythology is a great subject for an art show. There are soon many great myths and monsters to draw!
As I was sitting on my couch watching a show about Bigfoot, it occurred to me that Cryptids and campfire stories definitely count as a form of Mythology! Thus, this series of Campfire Mythology was born.
Come on out and see these, along with many other great pieces of Mythology Art! Here’s the Facebook link! https://www.facebook.com/events/1557005734604388/
This is Tiger Doodles, by me, Bobby Timony. If you’d like a chance to own it, or at least see it in person, you should go to the Eat More Art Out #9: Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, Visions of Fear and Fantasy art show on April 2nd at Titmouse Studios in Los Angeles. There you’ll find this, along with many other wonderful and weird artworks you can bid on.
Eat Your Art Out – Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep: Visions of Fear and Fantasy. Through art and interactive experiences, this annual silent art auction fundraiser promises to capture the surreal beauty and ethereal darkness of our dreamiest dreams. Stay up late and join us for an evening of fantastic fun in the form of live art, music, drinks, food trucks, photo ops and more! Family friendly, costumes encouraged!

Art will be reflective of the theme Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep: Visions of Fear and Fantasy. This weekend was the annual Free Comic Book Day, and the good folks at Pulp Fiction Comics in Culver city were kind enough to invite me to their event. While there, I did these two sketches of Disney’s Robin Hood and Maid Marion. People seemed to like them, so I thought I’d share them here. Enjoy.
